Five years ago it was brought to my attention that I seek help for my anger. Although I had fifteen years of sobriety I felt lost, distracted and very angry. I rarely felt joy, love or compassion. I needed help, and on my quest to find someone I met Rosemary Marcaccio a LCSW at the Holistic Center for Soulful Living. Rosemary is not only a co-founder of the center but also a caring and compassionate therapist. In addition to our weekly sessions, I began to utilize some of the other healing services the center offers. Learning about Mind, Body and Spirit I attended Hypnosis, Meditation, Re-connective healing and Accupuncture. Recently both my parents died and Rosemary worked with me on the Grief Recovery program. Attending the Center makes me feel like I am part of a caring family whose goal is to help me make good choices with loving guidance in order that I can live a happy sober life. I have been blessed to watch the center grow and witness other souls in recovery enjoy the services the center provides regardless of their ability to pay. I know my life would not be the same today without the Love and support the center has provided me. During these unusual times the Center continues to provide some of their services via Zoom. I now live a Soulful life. A life of inner peace, joy and compassion. I thank God and the three wonderful souls who had a vision and created The Holistic Center for Soulful Living.

In September 2019, I had an opportunity to attend An Immersive, Transformational and Joyous Retreat for People in Recovery. There is nothing like a holistic Center for Soulful Living retreat. They bring together the transformative practices of yoga and meditation, a gorgeous natural environments, excellent food and vibrant community to create Never to be forgotten experiences and lasting shifts. Personally I made some lifelong friendships. Also, I had the opportunity to bring somebody that I mentor with me. A wonderful group coaching program.
